Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Shbeex mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated byFayadTek, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Shbeex is a multi-vendor marketplace platform that connects local store owners with nearby customers. The Service enables store owners to list and sell products, and customers to browse, order, and receive deliveries from participating stores. Shbeex acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to the transactions between customers and store owners.

• You must provide a valid phone number to create an account. We verify your identity through a one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information updated.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4.1 Customers

• Customers can browse stores and products, place orders, and submit reviews.
• By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price including any applicable delivery fees.
• Delivery addresses must be accurate. Shbeex is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

4.2 Store Owners

• Store owners can register their business, list products, set prices, manage orders, and configure delivery zones.
• Store registrations are subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject or suspend stores that do not meet our standards.
• Store owners are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, pricing, and availability.
• Store owners must fulfill accepted orders in a timely manner and maintain the quality of their products.

• All transactions are between the customer and the store owner. Shbeex facilitates the connection but is not a party to the sale.
• Prices displayed are set by store owners and may include delivery fees calculated based on delivery zones.
• Order details, including product information and pricing, are recorded at the time of purchase and cannot be retroactively modified.
• Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual store owners. Please contact the store directly for any order issues.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or reviews.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our prior written consent.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, store owners, or Shbeex staff.

• Store owners retain ownership of their product listings, images, and descriptions. By uploading content, you grant Shbeex a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
• Users retain ownership of reviews and ratings they submit. By posting content, you grant Shbeex a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it within the Service.
• The Shbeex name, logo, and all related branding are the property of FayadTek and may not be used without permission.
• You must not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

• Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine experiences.
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate these Terms.
• Store owners may not incentivize, coerce, or manipulate customers to leave positive reviews.

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• Shbeex is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by store owners.
• Shbeex is not liable for any disputes between customers and store owners regarding orders, deliveries, or product quality.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shbeex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app or by sending a notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.
