Account Deletion

Delete Your Account

Users can delete their account directly from within the Shbeex app by navigating to:

  1. Open the Shbeex app.
  2. Go to the Profile tab (bottom navigation bar).
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm the deletion in the confirmation dialog.

The account deletion process is immediate. Once confirmed, you will be logged out and redirected to the welcome screen.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is removed:

  • Your personal profile information (name, phone number, email).
  • Your saved delivery addresses.
  • Your shopping carts.
  • Your push notification tokens and preferences.
  • Your reviews and ratings.

What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for legal, business, or regulatory purposes even after account deletion:

  • Order History: Records of past transactions may be retained for accounting and legal compliance.
  • Legal Obligations: Data required to comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Re-registration

After deleting your account, you may register again using the same phone number. A new account will be created with no previous data.
